Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 July 2026. This is a plain-language draft and not legal advice — Montoyer should have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before relying on it.

FluoFish Roulette ("the Service") is a free party game operated by Montoyer ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

FluoFish Roulette lets a host open a game "room" that other people join from their phones to be randomly selected during a round. The Service is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • use the Service to harass, single out, or humiliate anyone against their will.

The Service is intended for light-hearted group entertainment. You are responsible for how you and your group use it.

No accounts

The Service has no user accounts or sign-up. Game rooms are temporary and are automatically deleted a short time after they stop being used (currently around two hours of inactivity). Do not rely on the Service to store anything.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We don't guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montoyer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is free, and our total liability is limited accordingly.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
